1. Who we are

2. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Live Streaming Media

We utilize YouTube PI features to stream live media on this Website. Your use of the live streaming media agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, herein referred to as YouTube ToS which can also be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms


Your use of the live streaming feature of our website is also bound by Google’s Privacy Policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy


The live page streaming media uses an API Client “our website” to retrieve YouTube API Data in order to communicate with YouTube Interface for delivering live stream content. YouTube API Data as referenced here refers YouTube API Services as follows:

“YouTube API Services” means (i) the YouTube API services (e.g., YouTube Data API service and YouTube Reporting API service) made available by YouTube including those YouTube API services made available on the YouTube Developer Site (as defined below), (ii) documentation, information, materials, sample code and software (including any human-readable programming instructions) relating to YouTube API services that are made available on https://developers.google.com/youtube or by YouTube, (iii) data, content (including audiovisual content) and information provided to API Clients (as defined above) through the YouTube API services (the “API Data”), and (iv) the credentials assigned to you and your API Client(s) by YouTube or Google.

User Information

The YouTube API Data may collect user information for the purpose of storing and processing data in order to view YouTube data collected via the live streaming page. In addition, the API client would collect data necessary to process and interpret collected YouTube data to end users.
The API Client may allow third parties to serve dynamic and live content, including advertisement.


The API Client may store, access or collect (or allows third parties to do so) information directly or indirectly on or from users’ devices, including by placing, accessing or recognizing cookies or similar technology on users’ devices or browsers.
In addition to the API Client’s normal procedure for deleting stored data, you can revoke that API Client’s access to your data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

3. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
4. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

RCCG VTR collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. RCCG VTR also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.



There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by RCCG VTR. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by RCCG VTR for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the RCCG VTR site.



Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through RCCG VTK public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: RCCG VTR does not read any of your private online communications.

RCCG VTR will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. RCCG VTR encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how RCCG VTR is protecting your information. If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. Security of your Personal Information
RCCG North America secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. RCCG North America secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
